REFUND POLICY

Change of mind: We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your pack size carefully before ordering.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or isn't what you ordered, email support@noorsmile.shop within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you.

Orders that don't arrive: If your order hasn't arrived within [X] days of dispatch, contact us and we'll trace it. If it can't be found, we'll refund you in full.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Email support@noorsmile.shop with your order number.
