SHIPPING POLICY

We ship across the UAE.

Processing: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 4 PM are processed the next business day.

Delivery: 7 business days after dispatch.

Cost: Free on all orders.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delays: Public holidays, customs checks and extreme weather can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of dispatch, email support@noorsmile.shop and we'll chase it.
